This usually lasts for about 24 hours.

When you feel a migraine coming on, there are a variety of ways to find relief. One migraine relief method includes cooling down. You can also relax in a warm bath for full-body relief.

Caffeine helps absorb migraine medication. Be careful using caffeine for migraines to avoid withdrawals. In some cases, migraines are a symptom of caffeine withdrawal.
The best migraine remedy is prevention. It’s wise to identify your triggers and avoid them when possible. Be sure to eat a well-balanced diet, exercise, and drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration migraines. Make sure you also get at least 7-8 hours of sleep.
