This means you’ll be more likely to choose healthier food during meal times, and that means you’re more likely to lose weight and get fit.
The benefits of getting a good night of sleep every night are numerous. However, one of the best benefits of good sleep is your ability to cope better with stress. Not only are you more likely to feel less stress in general, you are less likely to handle the stress you do face poorly. All of these things add up to a better quality of life, and you know that quality is better than quantity.
